I’ve spend A LOT of money on “self-care” stuff  and definitely not everything was worth it. But here are somethings you definitely want to check out.

Inner Child Journal Workbook €20-

This one hits deep. You start noticing patterns and stories that keep you stuck — and suddenly, you’re having a mini breakthrough while journaling in your bed. Not always comfortable, but totally worth it.

Breathing Necklace Literally €10-

Looks cute and keeps you from forgetting to breathe when life turns chaotic. It’s basically mindfulness disguised as jewelry.

Blue Light Glasses  €25-

Do they make you look smarter? Yes. Do they save your eyes after 4+ hours behind a laptop? Also yes. Great for evenings too, blocking that blue light actually helps your sleep.

Acupressure Studs €50-

The cutest self-care tool ever. Tiny studs that look like small piercings, but they actually target pressure points for stress, energy, or focus. A must if you like subtle support that still looks chic.

Acupressure Mat €50-

If you’re into acupressure but not into shiny studs in your ears, this one’s your best friend. It releases tension, boosts circulation, and makes your body feel alive again (after the initial pain LOL ).
